Skin Rejuvenation Treatment with Stem Cells
Since the stem cells die and decrease in our skin at certain rates every year, starting from the ages of 28-30, we age and wrinkle. By replacing the missing cells with stem cell treatment, it is possible to erase the negative effects of years and turn back time.
Stem cells taken from the skin are multiplied in a laboratory environment and injected into the skin by injection method.
This treatment can be applied to anyone, male or female, over the age of 30.
Stem cells are grown in a laboratory environment with a small 4 mm biopsy taken from behind the ear. Afterwards, it is given to the person’s skin with small injections in 3 separate cycles, 1 month apart.
Since the procedure replaces the missing stem cells, there is no possibility of failure. The process does not differ from person to person. In each person who undergoes the procedure, the number of stem cells in the skin is brought back 8-10 years.
How Does Skin Age?
They are stem cells that keep the skin young, form connective tissue and ensure collagen production. These stem cells are called fibroblasts. Starting from the ages of 28-30, these stem cells decrease by an average of 2% every year and the skin begins to age in this process. Aging increases at the rate of decrease in stem cells. The reason for increasing skin aging is the loss of these cells and the increase in wear and tear.
What are the symptoms of skin aging?
Fibroblast cells in the skin, which decrease over time, make the effects of skin aging visible. First, wrinkles between the eyebrows, wrinkles around the eyes called crow’s feet, and sagging begin. Over time, the person begins to see the lines caused by his/her facial expressions. Along with all these symptoms, sagging skin begins to appear.
Why Does Our Skin Age?
Skin aging occurs when the stem cells that keep the connective tissue upright and provide collagen production decrease over time. All organs in our body begin to age with a certain amount of cell loss over time. It is known that in our skin, which is considered the largest organ, this aging occurs at an average rate of approximately 2% every year between the ages of 28-30 and thereafter.
Skin Aging Treatment
There is no treatment for skin aging other than stem cell therapy. Procedures such as fillers and botox, which are frequently preferred today, are not used for treatment purposes, but to eliminate the effects of skin aging. Likewise, various skin treatments, tools, vitamins, treatments and, in more advanced cases, face lift surgeries are the applications used to eliminate the effects of aging.
Skin Rejuvenation with Stem Cells
Skin rejuvenation with stem cells is a risk-free, non-surgical and painless method. It has been successfully implemented around the world for about 20 years. It is made in America with FDA approval.
The procedure begins in a clinical setting by taking a 3-4 mm piece, called a punch biopsy, from behind the ear. The doctor inserts a needle behind the patient’s ear and removes the piece painlessly. At the same time, blood is taken from the patient intravenously. The sample taken and the patient’s own blood are sent to the stem cell laboratory under special conditions. Stem cells are separated in the laboratory without using any foreign substances and reach the desired number in approximately 35-40 days.
The process of administering stem cells to the patient is painless and easy. The doctor first applies a numbing cream to the area where the patient will be treated, and after a certain period of time, he performs the stem cell transplantation with very thin needles.
Applications are repeated 3 times in total, with 1 month intervals. It takes approximately 6 months after the application for the patient to see the desired effect on his skin and for the stem cells in his skin to reach the level of 8-10 years ago.
